Routine Mini Excavator Checks
Always follow the operator manual for your exact model. As a general starting point, operators should regularly check fluid levels, visible leaks, track condition and tension, pins and bushes, hoses, fittings, filters and attachment connections. Stop using the machine if you identify a safety concern or a fault that could cause further damage.
- Before operation: walk around the machine, inspect for leaks or loose parts, check fluid levels and confirm controls and safety systems operate correctly.
- After operation: clean accumulated material from the undercarriage and cooling areas, inspect attachments and note any unusual noise, heat or movement.
- At service intervals: follow the model-specific schedule for oils, filters, lubrication and inspection items.
Mini Excavator Support FAQs
How do I get the operator manual for my model?
Contact our support team with the model and serial number. We will identify the correct available manual or technical information for your machine.
What should I do before ordering a replacement part?
Confirm the model and serial number and send a photo of the existing part and its mounting location. Similar-looking components can differ between production versions, so identification details matter.
Can you help with attachments?
Yes. Tell us your machine model, hitch type, hydraulic requirements if known, and the task you need to complete. We can then check compatibility and current availability.
What if my machine develops a fault?
Stop operating the machine if continued use could be unsafe or cause further damage. Record any warning lights, unusual sounds or operating conditions, then contact us with photos or video.
