Terms and Conditions

Introduction

The following information relates to manufacturer warranties offered for machinery supplied by Achilles Machinery. Please read all information carefully and contact Achilles Machinery if you have questions before purchase.

Validity of claims

Manufacturer warranties are only valid to the original purchaser from the pickup or delivery date. Warranty claims should be submitted in writing with the original invoice and photographs of the relevant part where requested.

Exclusions

Warranty does not normally apply to accident damage, fair wear and tear, misuse, neglect, abuse, storm damage, unauthorised repair attempts, used equipment, unapproved modifications, normal maintenance parts, consumables or damage caused by operation outside the intended use of the equipment.

New Zealand law

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable New Zealand law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where it applies.

Before returning goods

Please do not return goods without written authority from Achilles Machinery. Contact the team first so the correct process can be confirmed.
